Our Commitment to Quality
At WrightMarcBoots, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind our craftsmanship and materials with industry-leading service guarantees. However, due to the nature of footwear repair services, refunds and returns have specific conditions and limitations.
Service Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for 30 days from completion. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our repair work, we'll make it right at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Completed: If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control
- Quality Issues: If our repair work fails to meet professional standards within 30 days
- Estimate Changes: If significant changes are needed that exceed the original estimate by more than 25%
- Cancellation: If you cancel a service before work has begun
Important Note: Due to the nature of footwear repair services, once work begins, it's difficult to return footwear to its original condition. We focus on ensuring the highest quality results rather than offering full refunds for minor adjustments.
Refund Process
If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Describe the Issue: Provide specific details about your concern or the quality issue
- Inspection: Bring your footwear back for inspection by our qualified technicians
- Resolution: We'll assess the situation and offer appropriate solutions, which may include free rework, partial refund, or service credit
Refund Timeline
- Approval: We will review and respond to refund requests within 2 business days
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are typically not available for:
- Personal preference changes regarding color, style, or finish
- Wear and tear from normal use after 30 days
- Damage due to accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Items that were already damaged before being submitted for repair
- Services completed over 30 days ago
- Items not collected within 90 days of completion notice
Partial Refunds and Service Credits
In many cases, we may offer alternatives to full refunds:
- Free Rework: We will re-do the service at no charge
- Service Credit: Credit toward future services of equal or greater value
- Partial Refund: In cases of overcharging or significant service issues
- Discount on Future Service: Significant discount on the next service
Pre-Existing Conditions
Before accepting any footwear for service, we conduct a thorough inspection and document any pre-existing conditions. Customers are informed about these conditions and any potential limitations before service begins. Our warranty does not cover damage that existed before service.
Payment Refund Policy
- Before Service: Full refunds available for cancellations
- During Service: Partial refunds available based on work completed
- After Completion: Refunds only for quality issues within warranty period
