Please review our terms and conditions for using WrightMarcBoots boot and shoe services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WrightMarcBoots services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Services Description

WrightMarcBoots provides professional boot and shoe repair services, including but not limited to:

  • Sole replacement and repair
  • Heel repair and replacement
  • Leather conditioning and restoration
  • Custom fitting and orthotic services
  • Pick-up and delivery services
  • Preventive maintenance programs

All services are provided subject to these terms and conditions.

Service Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates: All repair estimates are provided after visual inspection and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during service.
  • Final Pricing: Final pricing may vary from estimates if additional work is required or if conditions are worse than initially assessed.
  • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
  • Additional Fees: Rush service fees, delivery charges, and storage fees may apply as outlined in our service pricing.

Service Warranties

We provide a 30-day warranty on all repair work from the date of completion. This warranty covers:

  • Craftsmanship and materials used in the repair process
  • Proper installation of replaced components
  • Quality of work performed

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage due to misuse, accidents, or deterioration due to age and use beyond normal expectations.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurately describe the condition of footwear submitted for repair
  • Provide complete contact information for service communications
  • Retrieve completed items within 30 days of notification
  • Pay all applicable fees and charges
  • Follow care instructions provided with completed services

Storage and Pickup

  • Completed items are stored for 30 days at no charge
  • After 30 days, storage fees of $2 per day may apply
  • Items unclaimed for 90 days may be disposed of or sold to cover storage costs
  • Customers are responsible for retrieving items or arranging delivery

Limitation of Liability

WrightMarcBoots liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to items left beyond the warranty period
  • Loss due to theft, fire, or other unavoidable circumstances
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of service
  • Normal wear and tear of footwear
  • Items with undisclosed damage or poor prior repairs

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WrightMarcBoots and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
